Forward Deployed Product Manager

A fast-growing AI fintech startup, where product usage has grown 40x in the last six months, is hiring Forward Deployed Product Managers for the team that shapes how banks adopt its AI agents and the value they get from them. You will take customers from signed contract to full production adoption, scoping requirements, customizing agents, defining success metrics and turning customer needs into production-grade AI systems alongside engineering. You will also advise C-suite and senior executives at major financial institutions on their AI roadmaps, monitor account health to spot risk early, and help build the playbooks and standards that will scale the team. The role includes travel about once a month, and visa transfers are welcome, while relocation assistance is not provided. The package includes a competitive salary based on experience, plus equity.

Qualifications

• 2 to 8 years of experience as a product manager or client-facing strategist
• Background in product management, management consulting, startup operations (founder or 0-to-1 experience) or deployment strategy
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude effectively
• Executive presence, with the ability to manage relationships and present comfortably to VP-level finance stakeholders
• A recognizable university background
• Stable work history, with no frequent job changes or tenures under two years
