Forward Deployment Engineer

THE ROLE
We are looking for a Forward Deployment Engineer to work directly with customers, build AI agent features, and integrate our software with their existing systems.

This role combines project leadership, customer support, and hands-on engineering. You will:

• Understand customer workflows and turn business needs into practical software solutions.
• Build AI agent features and integrations with CRM, ERP, and other business systems.
• Lead customer onboarding, deployment, and implementation.
• Troubleshoot issues and maintain reliable, well-tested software.
• Communicate clearly with customer teams, senior management, and government stakeholders.

You should be comfortable using AI development and automation tools while understanding, explaining, debugging, and maintaining the code you deliver. Code quality comes first.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Base salary based on experience, with staged increases when the company reaches defined revenue milestones.

LOCATION AND TRAVEL

• You must be physically based in Taiwan.
• Tainan is the primary work location, with a flexible hybrid arrangement.
• Travel within Taiwan may be required approximately 10% of the time.
• Availability for in-person customer visits and flexibility around deployment needs are required.
