Foster Care Case Manager/Resource Specialist
Summary
Full-time role supporting children in foster care by coordinating services, home visits, and court advocacy to ensure safety and stability.
Be the Person Who Helps a Child Finally Feel Safe
Some careers change lives from a distance. This one changes them face-to-face.
For more than 130 years, Monroe Harding has stood beside children and young adults who have experienced abuse, neglect, and trauma. Every child deserves someone who refuses to give up on them—and every foster family deserves someone in their corner.
As a Full-Time Resource Specialist, you'll serve as the primary advocate for children in foster care while partnering closely with foster parents, birth families, schools, therapists, courts, and community providers. You'll help children navigate challenging seasons while ensuring they have the support, stability, and services they need to heal and thrive.
This isn't a desk job. You'll build relationships, solve problems, coordinate services, attend court hearings, visit foster homes, and celebrate the milestones that help children move beyond trauma toward hope.
The Opportunity
Resource Specialists are the heart of Monroe Harding's Foster Care program. You'll manage a caseload while serving as the bridge between children, foster families, birth families, schools, providers, and the courts. Every day is different, but every day matters.
