We're a key partner with the TikTok Shop Partner Team, Shopee Certified Enabler, and Lazada Agency Partner Program. As an Enabler, we help businesses grow in e-commerce. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced e-commerce team to join our growing business. You will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering performance on TikTok, Lazada, and Shopee, as well as in building new initiatives to help us win in this market.
How Will You Make An Impact?
This role protects revenue by detecting marketplace return anomalies across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok, gathering evidence to file and escalate SLA-bound claims, and analyzing return data with warehouse teams to prevent future losses.
What You Will Do?
Monitor daily return/refund requests across all platforms toidentify anomalies (e.g., system marked as "Returned to Seller" but items never arrived).
Gather evidence for disputes, including packing videos, unboxing footage, customer chat history, and Air Waybills (AWB).
Draft and submit solid, fact-based appeals through Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Seller Centers within the strict platform SLA (Service Level Agreement).
Follow up on rejected claims and negotiate/escalate disputes with platform customer support to reverse unfair decisions.
Coordinate closely with the Warehouse team to reconcile physical return packages against platform return data.
Flag and investigate suspicious return patterns, empty packages, or switch-and-return fraud by buyers.Maintain an accurate log/database of all ongoing disputes, lost returns, and claim statuses.
- Identify root causes of return losses and propose preventive measures to the packing and logistics teams.
What You Will Need?
1 Year or above, new graduate welcome
Bachelor’s Degree or above
Communication, Logical Thinking and Computer literacy (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table etc.,)
Experience in E-commerce operations, order fulfillment, customer service, or return management specifically handling Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop.
