Founder's Associate (GTM/Sales)

About the Role

This is a frontline GTM role at a seed-stage B2B AI SaaS startup, working directly alongside the CEO to bring the product to the right customers. You'll own outbound sales from top-of-funnel to trial, and your work will directly shape how the company scales — with AI-enabled processes at the core.

What You'll Do

• Craft and run outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate leads and book discovery calls.

• Lead and participate in discovery calls, qualify high-potential prospects, and guide them into the trial experience.

• Build and maintain lead lists, manage the CRM pipeline, and track every stage with accurate reporting.

• Test and iterate on new growth channels to identify the highest-impact acquisition strategies.

• Continuously improve conversion rates by analysing pipeline data and refining messaging.

• Leverage AI tools to enhance outreach, automate workflows, and help build AI-native internal processes.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in sales, business development, or GTM roles executing outbound campaigns and managing pipelines.

• Native-level fluency in German — this is a firm requirement.

• Proven track record running outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls to book and lead discovery calls.

• Experience developing and executing GTM strategy in a startup or early-stage environment.

• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and outbound sales workflows including pipeline tracking and reporting.

• Demonstrated ability to generate measurable, quantifiable results in past roles or side projects.

• Comfortable using AI and LLM-powered tools in day-to-day work; eager to push what's possible.

• Ownership mindset — thrives in a small, high-accountability team with a strong bias for action.

• Background in enterprise or B2B SaaS sales environments is a plus.

Location

On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany. Candidates must be based in Munich or willing to relocate. No visa sponsorship is available.
