Key Responsibilities
This isn’t your typical internship. There’s no single JD that can capture it. If you thrive in environments that are more structured, we have five other roles on offer. Please check them out instead.
In this role, you’ll be working directly with the founders on projects that change week by week (sometimes day by day). Think of it as a “mini-CEO” role — you’ll get to peek into every corner of the business, understand what it really takes to build zero-to-one, and learn at a pace that no classroom or corporate internship can match.What your week might look like:
- Monday: Sitting with the sales team to figure out what’s blocking conversions and proposing fixes.
- Tuesday: Partnering with our product manager to refine a feature for the Raaz MD mobile app, then syncing with engineers on prioritizing bug fixes.
- Wednesday: Diving into user feedback to spot recurring pain points and preparing a report for the product team
- Thursday: Building a lightweight dashboard to track a new growth experiment.
- Friday: Playing around with AI tools to automate a repetitive task and free up time for the team.
Every week will be different — the only constant is that you’ll be solving high-leverage problems with a mix of scrappiness, research, and ownership.
Requirements
- Problem Solving Attitude- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and a product-oriented mindset.
- Second-order thinking- you see beyond immediate effects to long-term consequences.
- High adaptability- — you thrive in ambiguity and love wearing multiple hats.
- AI-curiosity and market awareness- you know how to get the most out of AI tools and copilots, can write effective prompts, and stay on top of how AI is shaping product, growth, and ops.
