We are a funded, early-stage startup building a global healthcare workforce mobility platform focused on Germany. Having established strong market traction within our first year of operations, we are now looking for a high-potential professional to join the Founder's Office and work directly with the leadership team on growth, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.

What You'll Do:

- Drive business development and strategic partnerships across healthcare, education, and workforce ecosystems.

- Evaluate new revenue opportunities, markets, and growth initiatives.

- Build commercial models, proposals, presentations, and business cases.

- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and strategic assessments.

- Work on founder-led projects spanning strategy, operations, finance, and growth.

- Support investor, board, and fundraising-related initiatives.

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure execution of key business priorities.

Who We're Looking For:

- MBA or Qualified CA with 0-5 years of experience.

- Background in Consulting, Advisory, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, Founder's Office, Strategy, or high-growth startups preferred.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

- High ownership mindset and willingness to take responsibility beyond defined job boundaries.
