Role Overview: Own and build the AI-native core of Orquesta where company data is transformed into reasoning, decisions, and actions using LLMs. This is a true 0→1 role focused on production-grade AI systems. What You’ll Own: RAG pipelines (retrieval, grounding, citations) LLM orchestration (multi-step reasoning, tool use, function calling) Prompt design, evaluation, and optimization Company context layer (memory, embeddings, structured data) Latency optimization + caching strategies KPI reasoning pipelines (signals → insights → actions) Backend APIs and system architecture
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong backend + systems experience Hands-on with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
- Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector search Ability to build reliable AI systems (not just demos) - Strong judgment on accuracy vs latency tradeoffs
