Founding AI Deployment Strategist

Own the customer lifecycle from pre-sale discovery through onboarding, activation, value realization, and strategic expansion. Design deployment paths with Sales, lead onboarding and successful go-live with the FDE team, drive adoption across customer users, analyze datasets and product usage to quantify value, present insights to stakeholders, manage strategic customer relationships, prioritize product requirements, influence the roadmap, and identify expansion opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Design pre-sale expansion paths with Sales
- Lead customer onboarding and successful go-live with the FDE team
- Drive activation and adoption across builders, business users, and admins
- Identify and leverage datasets to quantify customer value
- Package and present Superblocks insights and value to stakeholders
- Develop relationships with strategic customers as their main point of contact
- Prioritize customer product requirements and influence the product roadmap
- Identify the next customer opportunity before the customer asks
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing strategic or technical role such as Deployment Strategist, Program Management, or Management Consulting
- Ability to analyze underlying data and build prototypes, ship fixes, or write plans
- Ability to manage difficult conversations and communicate trade-offs with senior executives
- Track record of leading cross-functional teams without direct reports
- Ability to operate in ambiguity without a playbook
- Strong product sense and user empathy
- Ability to balance AI capabilities with enterprise requirements
