Founding AI Engineer & Creative Visionary (Equity Only)

NextGen AI Holdings LLC is building Timple.ai, an 18+ AI companion platform. We are looking for an exceptional, hands-on AI engineer with artistic vision, technical expertise, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

We don’t need someone who only manages developers or presents ideas. We need someone who can personally build, demonstrate, and improve advanced creative AI experiences.

What we’re building:

• Photorealistic AI characters with consistent faces and identities.
• High-quality AI image generation and short videos with realistic movement.
• Natural AI voices and real-time, two-way voice conversations.
• AI companions with distinct personalities and long-term memory.
• A visually impressive, engaging platform that converts visitors into paying customers.
• Cost-efficient AI infrastructure using the right open-source models and APIs.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong hands-on experience with generative AI, including FLUX, SDXL, LoRA, ComfyUI, and identity-consistency technologies.
• Experience with AI video, voice, real-time interaction, and LLM integration.
• Full-stack engineering skills and the ability to work directly on a live product.
• Creative and artistic vision, not just coding ability.
• Someone who thinks like a founder, takes ownership, and builds practical solutions without unnecessary expenses.

We have an existing platform and technical team. We are looking for someone who can personally take our product to the next level.
