Founding Back-End Engineer

Role Overview:
- Building scalable, high-performance backend systems.
- Leading architecture and feature development from 0 to 1.
- Collaborating closely with engineering leadership and product teams.
- Helping shape the technical direction of a fast-growing startup.

Required Qualifications:
- 6-15 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in Rust or Go.
- AWS or Google Cloud experience.
- Experience with large-scale databases.
- WebSockets experience.
- Blockchain data indexing experience.
- Recent crypto experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Solana experience.
- EVM experience.
- Experience building trading platforms, exchanges, or crypto infrastructure.
- Background developing trading bots or high-volume consumer applications.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary of $225,000 to $300,000.
- Performance bonus.
- Equity package of 1.5% to 2%.
