We build AI agents that turn a fund's legal documents into operational intelligence: reviewing term sheets and SPAs against the fund's own playbook, tracking rights and obligations across portfolio companies, and flagging MFN and regulatory risk. Founded by fund lawyers, backed by Antler, with paying VC and PE fund customers. New office near Euston.
Founding Commercial Hire (London): our first commercial hire. Own revenue, close a warm pipeline of UK and European funds, and build the sales playbook.
Founding Account Executive, US (New York): our first person in the US. Turn conversations with US funds into pilots and contracts.
Product Designer (London): define how fund GCs review and trust agentic AI output. 2+ years shipping B2B product, strong Figma, front-end skills a plus.
