Founding Data Engineer: Build the Data Foundation & AI

Burns Sheehan is recruiting a Founding Data Engineer for a fast-growing tech scale-up in the UK. You will own building the data foundation from zero, architecting the platform and defining universal data definitions used across commercial, product and engineering teams.

The role requires strong Python and SQL, hands-on LLM/agent work, and will involve a monthly in-office presence in Oxfordshire; equity is included along with private healthcare and other perks.
