Role

We’re a lean team of two today looking for a Founding Designer to join us as employee #3! In this role, you will:

• Talk to users to deeply understand their challenges
• Design and craft simple, delightful solutions
• Lead the entire design and creative process
• Collaborate on the product roadmap and strategy
• Own all aspects of web, marketing, brand, and product design
• Evolve Finta’s identity to align with our mission, product, and valuesYou are a visual design wizard and wield Figma masterfully.
