About the role

We are seeking a Founding Director, Workforce Intelligence Research to help support and expand the Workforce Intelligence Lab (WIL).

This is a part-time, strategic leadership role focused on helping build the operational and institutional foundation of WIL as the initiative grows.

The ideal candidate is someone with experience in:
