Founding Engineer, Agents

Fluencify is building the operating layer for the creator economy: one place where a fast-moving market can be read, compared, activated, and improved over time. The team is small, direct, and ambitious — part research lab, part product system — based in Stockholm.

As our founding agents engineer, you will design and ship the agentic systems that do real operator work across discovery, outreach, planning, and measurement.

What you'll do

– Build production agent systems end to end: tool use, orchestration, memory, and evals

– Turn messy creator-market data into reliable, agent-legible context

– Ship fast, measure honestly, and own quality in production
