Founding Engineer and Tech Co-Founder

You will own and evolve confidential execution architecture across zero-knowledge components TEE infrastructure relayers and Solidity settlement contracts. You will take the system from alpha to production while improving security reliability and performance. You will build partner-facing SDK API and MCP interfaces support protocol integrations expand to additional EVM networks and establish engineering standards for testing observability incident response and code review. You will also work with auditors and technical partners and participate in technical hiring.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the core execution architecture
• Take the system from alpha to production-grade infrastructure
• Ship partner-facing SDK API and MCP interfaces
• Improve end-to-end execution performance
• Expand from Base to additional EVM networks
• Strengthen infrastructure redundancy and fault tolerance
• Establish standards for CI/CD testing observability incident response documentation and code review
• Work with security auditors infrastructure providers and protocol engineering teams
• Participate in technical hiring

Requirements

• Strong production experience with Rust and Solidity
• Experience building privacy cryptography or security-sensitive infrastructure
• Deep crypto and EVM proficiency
• Experience operating systems with financial or security consequences
• Technical leadership experience as a senior staff lead CTO or technical co-founder
• Expertise in confidential computation zero-knowledge systems or trusted execution environments
• Experience taking security-sensitive systems through external review or audit
• Strong distributed-systems and infrastructure fundamentals
• Experience building relayers sequencers indexers transaction infrastructure or comparable execution-path systems
• Ability to design stable public APIs and SDKs
• Strong operational skills in CI/CD observability reliability and incident response
• Clear written and verbal technical communication
• High ownership and a bias toward shipping
• Experience with FHE or encrypted-computation frameworks
• Experience with Noir Circom Halo2 or comparable proof frameworks
• Experience operating workloads in Intel SGX AMD SEV or AWS Nitro Enclaves
• Open-source contributions or public technical work in cryptography privacy or blockchain infrastructure
• Multi-chain deployment experience across major EVM networks
• Experience with KYT AML integrations zkKYC or attestation systems
• Exposure to post-quantum cryptography
