Archteam is seeking a founding engineer to join the CTO and CEO, owning large parts of the backend, our agent infrastructure, and the data layer. You will ship to customers from day one and help define the architecture and product direction.
You will work on Postgres-backed services, autonomous agent systems, and data pipelines that feed signals and customer features. Madrid-based team, with remote work within Europe and relocation to Madrid as a long-term goal.
