Founding engineer acting as an extension of the founders at a robotics startup: running day-to-day ops at the robot operations centre in Noida, setting up robot stations (arms, teleop rigs, cameras, compute), sourcing hardware, and managing operators. Requires 1-6 years experience, Python, Linux, and AI coding tools; ₹15-30 LPA, on-site.
We're hiring one person to be an extension of the founders.
What you'll do
- Help the founders with whatever matters most that week
- Run day-to-day operations at our robot operations centre
- Set up robot stations: arms, teleop rigs, cameras, compute
- Source and buy robots and hardware, in India and abroad
- Manage our robot operators and their shifts
- Hire the next people
What you need
- 1-6 years of experience, some in operations and some near real robots or hardware
- An engineering degree or equivalent hands-on technical work
- Comfortable with Python, Linux and AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor)
- You take a task from start to finish without being chased
- Based in Delhi NCR, on site in Noida
