Founding Engineer, Product

Fluencify is building the operating layer for the creator economy: one place where a fast-moving market can be read, compared, activated, and improved over time. The team is small, direct, and ambitious — part research lab, part product system — based in Stockholm.

As our founding product engineer, you will own product surfaces end to end — from data model to interface — across discovery, outreach, planning, and measurement.

What you'll do

– Ship full-stack product end to end: backend, API, and interface

– Build fast, legible workflows on top of large-scale creator-market data

– Set the engineering bar: quality, speed, and honest measurement

– Strong full-stack fundamentals (TypeScript or similar) and product taste

– Bias for shipping and owning outcomes end to end
