We're looking for a world-class Founding Product Engineer who excels at solving complex technical problems, strongly influences design decisions, and owns all aspects of technical communication with the founders.

🛠️ Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software development process, from requirements and design reviews through implementation, with a strong focus on reliability.
• Roll up your sleeves to tackle any technical challenges, bringing creativity, efficiency, and resourcefulness as we embrace the zero-to-one phase. Adapt rapidly to shifting priorities and emerging requirements.
• Act as a critical liaison between the rest of the engineering team and the leadership team, contributing strategic insights and maintaining clear, effective communication.
• Inspire and guide other team members through pair programming, code reviews, and general mentorship.

📋 Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a software engineering position with a history of architecting and designing new products and technologies in Node.js, Python and/or Kotlin.
• Working knowledge of modern frontend web technologies, including TypeScript and React.
• Strong ability and desire to independently navigate technical challenges and implement production-level solutions from start to finish, prioritizing users and owning customer success.
• Experience with LLM Frameworks and Models, including OpenAI's GPT series.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; or 3+ years of experience and a master's degree.

➕ Additional Information

• Base salary will be based on experience and in the range of TWD 1.5M - 2.5M / year, combined with founding hire equity.
