Founding Engineer
About the company
Our client is a fast-growing software company.
The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own the creation of new software products from first concept through launch, covering both front end and back end work. You will partner closely with technical leadership and with users to decide what gets built and how.

- Build new products from the ground up, taking them from idea to launch.
- Create conversational, agent-style experiences that let users work with their data instead of navigating menus.
- Develop a data model and connect it to popular AI tooling and workflows.
- Ship features across the whole stack, reporting directly to technical leadership.
- Carry projects from start to finish while the business brings on new customers quickly.

- Prior startup exposure or a record of delivering successful business software products.
- A computer science degree from a top-30 university.
- Hands-on full-stack development skills, including TypeScript and Python.
- Solid grasp of how to build systems that run many tasks at once, spread across machines, and stay fast.
- Ability to work on-site five days a week.

- Exposure to AI or machine learning, such as large language models or AI agents.
