Anton Robotics is an early-stage robotics startup founded out of TUM MIRMI and backed by over €1 million in pre-seed funding from a leading European VC. Based in Munich, the team builds scalable industrial robotics solutions to bridge the gap between frontier research and production-ready automation.

Role

We are building a bimanual foundation model driven universal manipulator.
We are looking for a core member of our founding team. If you have thought about building your own startup, if you are eager to start from day one, and if you want to build frontier robot learning pipelines, this role is for you. You will start as Head of Robotics and build the next generation of robotic systems with us, focusing mainly on the software development.

You bring deep expertise in Robot Learning, Control and Software Engineering.

This role includes significant equity participation.
