Founding Forward-Deployed Engineer – AI Agent Systems

Configure and operate autonomous AI-agent campaigns, including prompt and role-context design, audience segmentation, routing, retry policies and cadence governance.

Deploy Zenbase's AI-agent stack into customer environments, including integrations, calendar/workspace configuration, go-live and activation.

Conduct production QA and troubleshooting of AI-agent systems, diagnose system and agent-behaviour issues, and work with engineering on platform-level resolutions.

Operate and strengthen AI and data compliance controls, including PDPA, DNC, CEA advertising requirements and AI-disclosure requirements.

Optimise AI-system performance, including token efficiency, model-tier selection, call routing and retry strategies.

Document deployment and AI-agent operating playbooks and provide structured product and technical feedback to engineering.
