The $500B+ global agency services market is old and broken, and AI just blew the supply side open: 100+ AI-native services launched in the past year alone, with no platform connecting buyers to the new shape of supply. That gap has been open for years. We're building the company that fills it.

Role summary

You'll own web experiences across Matchii's marketing site, client workspace, agency portal, and admin console. You'll work closely with design and backend engineers to ship polished, responsive UI on desktop and mobile — and occasionally contribute to our Flutter surfaces.

What you'll own

• Build and maintain product UI with React and Next.js, styled with Tailwind CSS

• Write production code in JavaScript / TypeScript with strong typing and clear component

  boundaries

• Design and implement responsive UI/UX for PC, phone, and tablet — not just "mobile-friendly," but intentionally designed layouts

• Integrate with backend APIs; debug CORS, auth, middleware, and request/response contracts with backend peers

• Participate in frontend–backend integrated testing (contract checks, E2E flows, staging validation)

• Work with Three.js (or similar) for interactive / 3D web experiences where product needs it

• Collaborate on Flutter features when web and mobile need shared product logic or patterns

• Review PRs, improve frontend DX, and keep performance and accessibility in good shape

Who we're looking for

Required

• 3+ years building production web apps with React (Next.js strongly preferred)

• Solid JavaScript / TypeScript — components, hooks, state, async data fetching

• Strong Tailwind CSS (or equivalent utility-first CSS) and responsive layout skills

• Experience designing or implementing UI/UX for web across desktop and mobile

• Comfort working with REST/JSON APIs and diagnosing integration issues (CORS, cookies,

  headers, middleware)

• Experience with integrated testing across frontend and backend (manual + automated)

Nice to have

• Flutter for cross-platform mobile

• Three.js or WebGL for 3D / interactive visuals

• Next.js App Router, SSR/SSG, streaming (SSE)

• Design systems, Figma handoff, accessibility (WCAG)

• Agent/chat UIs, real-time updates, optimistic UI
