Meraki Labs (founded by Mukesh Bansal & Peeyush Ranjan) builds and rapidly scales AI-first, "moonshot" startups. We're looking for a high-velocity, production-grade engineer to build 0-to-1 products alongside founders.

About the Role

Proofline is live in production with institutional pilots underway. Join our founding team as a full-stack engineer with a front-end focus. You'll own the flagship product surface: an interactive, real-time graph canvas that serves as a dynamic, immersive map of team knowledge. The platform supports smooth, collaborative experiences at scale—rendering from tens to thousands of nodes in real time.

You'll have a direct impact on how teams collaborate and structure knowledge, working on challenging technical problems and shipping innovative, user-centric features. Founding Engineer — Full-Stack, Front-End Heavy

Location: HSR, Bengaluru (On-site)

Experience: 7+ years

Responsibilities

• Design and build intuitive, direct-manipulation interactions on the graph canvas (drag-to-restructure, inline editing, curation flows)

• Own rendering performance and help drive our scaling roadmap (semantic collapse, virtualization, optimization)

• Implement real-time multi-user collaboration on our websocket/CRDT foundation

• Contribute across the stack as needed

• Maintain and extend a precise, minimal design system (with no full-time designer on the team)
  

Requirements

• Full-stack engineering experience with deep React + TypeScript skills on the front end

• Delivered at least one complex, interactive surface: canvas, editor, graph/data-viz, or map – beyond standard CRUD

• Strong track record optimizing rendering performance, including profiling and working with SVG/canvas/WebGL trade-offs

• Experience with real-time or collaborative editing is a plus

• Excellent product and design instincts

Small team, high trust, written decisions. Designs get adversarial review before code; PRs get automated review driven to zero open findings; features aren't done until verified on a live system. AI agents do a large share of the implementation—your leverage is judgment: framing the problem, freezing the right design, and knowing when the machine is wrong.
