At Alori, a business owner describes their company in a few sentences, and minutes later they're running it on their own app: customers, sales, scheduling, invoices, a team chat and an AI teammate that picks up the phone. Then they change it by talking to it. No developers, no agencies, no six-month projects. That's not a demo. It's live, real businesses run on it today, and we ship to production many times a day. Some weeks the product changes more than most companies change in a year.
We're looking for a top-tier engineer who wants to change how millions of businesses work, and wants to do it now.
What you'll do
- Build the future of software: apps that write, test and deploy themselves while the owner watches.
- Ship something real almost every day, and see customers use it the same week.
- Push AI past the chatbot: teammates that answer calls, close deals, chase invoices and run the day-to-day.
- Own big parts of the product from the first idea to production. No tickets thrown over a wall.

Pay range: $100k–250k base + equity
