Founding Full-Stack Engineer

Compensation: $1k – $1k • 5.0% – 12.0%

BestPAsite is building the provider-side operating system for prior authorizations. We help clinics manage both medication and procedure prior auth workflows in one secure platform, including intake, document parsing, payer-specific form completion, validation, submission, tracking, and appeals. We are looking for an early engineer who can help build core product systems across frontend, backend, workflows, and integrations. You will work directly with the founder and have real decision power over architecture and execution.
