Founding Full Stack Engineer
Compensation: 0.5% – 3.0%
This is not a normal engineering role.
This is an** Equity First** position in a startup which has already built most front-end and 25% of back-end.
You will help architect and build what could become:
the operating system for invention commercialization.
You’ll work directly with the Founder/CEO on:
- platform architecture
- frontend systems
- backend infrastructure
- AI integrations
- scalability
- product design decisions
- commercialization workflows
- network infrastructure
You will have enormous influence over:
- product direction
- technical stack
- company culture
- and long-term platform architecture. This is currently:
equity-first until funding/profitability.
We want someone who:
- believes in the vision
- wants meaningful ownership
- and understands early-stage startup reality.
As funding and revenue scale, this role transitions into a compensated founding leadership position.
This is a high-upside founding opportunity — not freelance contract work.

AI is about to massively increase invention and patent creation.
The bottleneck is shifting from:
