Founding Full-stack Engineer
- Design, build, and optimize web scraping and crawling APIs
- Develop scalable, developer-friendly APIs and features
- Provide customer support for one week each month, including direct customer interactions
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Proficiency with React, Express, TypeScript, Tailwind, Next
- Startup experience
- Passion for startups, thriving in small, fast-paced, and unstructured teams
- Demonstrated work on impactful side projects or startups
- Experience as a founder or founding engineer
- Strong GitHub profile (e.g. 50+ followers, consistent activity)
- Curiosity and ability to experiment, iterate, and execute rapidly
- Strong problem-solving skills with a resourceful and independent approach
- Ambition and eagerness to learn, grow, and make a meaningful contribution
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Experience with GCP
- Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL and Supabase
- Hands-on experience with web scraping and crawling
- Prior use of or familiarity with Firecrawl and its value
- Experience with queue systems
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
