Establish safe deployment and release processes for software running on field hardware.
Set product architecture and engineering practices as the team grows.
Debug issues across frontend, backend, and device integrations.
What We're Looking For
Two to five years of post-graduate software engineering experience, ideally including early-stage startup work.
Experience building and shipping a product from zero to one, owning backend APIs, data systems, and a customer-facing frontend or mobile application.
Strong full-stack skills with technologies such as TypeScript, Python, React, React Native, Node.js, and cloud platforms including AWS or GCP.
Experience with real-time video, streaming, low-latency systems, mobile applications, or edge and wearable products is valuable.
Familiarity with tools such as WebRTC, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, and CI/CD is relevant.
