Founding FullStack AI Engineer | Equity Only 5-10% | Visa-Sponsorship for US

Compensation: 5.0% – 10.0%

I need a Founding Engineer to take absolute ownership of technology and platform execution, taking Dataincyte from its current product foundation to a working MVP and beyond. This is a founder-level opportunity. It is not a CTO-for-hire role, an engineering management role, a fractional position, or a technology advisory role.

Dataincyte is currently pre-MVP, pre-revenue, and pre-institutional funding. There is no initial cash compensation. This is a full-time, equity-only founder opportunity for someone with the personal runway, conviction, and appetite for uncertainty to choose massive long-term upside over a conventional salary.

Where We Are Today! This is not a blank-sheet idea. We already have a substantial product foundation with 50+ product modules and flows, along with the frontend, product designs, and core UX direction. The core stack is anchored on MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js), deployed on GCP, and orchestrated via GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine). The immediate mission is to take what exists, build out the backend, integrate intelligent features, and turn it into a robust, working MVP alongside our existing developer.

What You Will Own: MVP > Platform: Take the existing frontend foundation through backend completion, integration, GKE deployment, and MVP launch. AI & ML; Agentic Workflows: Architect the system's intelligence. Determine where GenAI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), semantic matching, recommendation engines, and autonomous AI agents can create genuine enterprise product leverage.

Architecture & Co-Pilots: Define the technical architecture making the right tradeoffs between speed, security, and scalability. You will establish modern workflows, utilizing AI co-pilots to write, refactor, and ship code at a 10x pace. Cloud, Infrastructure & Security: Build enterprise-ready foundations for reliability, observability, identity access control (IAM), data protection, and seamless autoscaling on GCP/GKE.

Hands-on Engineering: Write critical code, establish rigorous engineering standards, optimize existing components, and eventually build out the engineering organization. This is a Builder RoleI am not looking for someone who only manages engineers. At this stage, you will build. You must be comfortable working at extreme speed, leveraging AI development tools (Co-pilots) to compound your output, and moving seamlessly from: Product Problem > Architecture > Code > Production System. If something is missing, build it. If something is wrong, fix it. If something does not need to be built yet, say so.

Experience at top-tier companies (e.g., Google, Microsoft, AWS, Meta, OpenAI, Anthropic, Databricks, Flipkart, Razorpay, Postman, BrowserStack) is highly relevant—but pedigree matters less than what you have actually shipped.

Full-Stack/Backend Mastery: Deeply comfortable across distributed full-stack systems, specifically the MERN ecosystem. Production GCP/GKE: Hands-on experience deploying and scaling containerized applications in production. True AI Literacy: You understand AI far beyond simply calling a wrapper LLM API. You know how to build robust RAG pipelines, manage vector embeddings, optimize context windows, and deploy multi-agent systems. High Autonomy & Synergy: Based in India with immaculate communication skills. We are building REMOTELY; regular in-person time will matter around major product, architecture, and company-building decisions, but the daily execution is fully remote.
