Founding Performance Marketing Manager
About the role
We are looking for an experienced Growth / Performance Marketing professional to lead and scale the paid acquisition efforts. This is a hands-on role focused primarily on Google Ads, with the mandate to expand into Meta and brand marketing over time as the channel mix matures.

The company (series A) is an on-demand storage and moving platform - think "Uber for storage." The platform connects customers with rented warehouse space and a network of drivers/removers, letting customers store items by cubic meter and retrieve individual items on demand. An inventory portal allows customers to manage their stored items and request specific pieces back whenever they need them. The company is expanding rapidly into new cities and countries, having recently launched in Dubai and Manchester, with US expansion planned for next year.
What You'll Do
Own and optimize performance marketing campaigns, with Google Ads as the primary channel
Drive B2C acquisition strategy and execution
Expand paid marketing efforts into Meta as the next channel priority
Contribute to the evolution of the brand marketing strategy over time
Work within UK hours, with close alignment to the UK market
What We're Looking For
5-8 years of experience in growth / performance marketing
Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads (primary requirement)
Solid B2C marketing background - experience in storage, moving, or adjacent consumer verticals is a strong plus
Proven experience marketing to the UK market, with availability during UK hours
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving channel mix (from performance-only toward brand)
Compensation
£5,000-7,500/month (B2B)
