Founding Recruiter and People Operations

You will lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and operations roles, build sourcing channels, and create a strong candidate experience. You will partner with leaders on hiring, manage onboarding and HR systems, administer benefits and leave, maintain employment policies, and support culture as the organization scales.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and operations roles
• Build repeatable sourcing channels and recruiting brand
• Create and own the candidate experience
• Partner with leaders to define roles and close hires
• Own onboarding, HRIS, benefits, leave administration, and people operations
• Maintain compliant employment policies
• Protect and strengthen culture as the organization scales

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting and closing technical talent
• Experience helping an organization scale from tens of employees to more than 100
• Sourcing expertise
• Experience with recruiting funnels, headcount plans, and people systems
• Experience with HRIS, benefits, onboarding, and people operations
