You would:

Partner with the first Regional Sales Director in Germany
Support €500K+ enterprise deal cycles
Lead 2–4 week PoCs with defined technical success criteria
Enable partners across the DACH ecosystem
Help shape how the company operates technically in Germany
Influence how accessibility is embedded into CI/CD workflows

This is early-stage regional build with real autonomy.

Not maintenance.

The Technical Edge

This is not surface-level SaaS.

You’ll work with:

Modern front-end stacks (React, Node, Angular)
CI/CD environments
Test automation frameworks (Cypress, WebDriverIO, Puppeteer)
SDLC optimisation
AI-enabled tooling
Developer-first workflows

The platform actively identifies accessibility issues at code level and helps teams fix them in real time.

You’ll be speaking to engineers who care deeply about the integrity of what they ship.

And you’ll need their trust.

What You Will Actually Be Doing

Join after business qualification to run technical discovery
Deliver tailored demos to development teams
Define and drive PoC success criteria
Manage 2-4 week validation cycles
Meet weekly during PoCs to ensure technical adoption
Support both direct enterprise deals and partner-led opportunities
Assist with onboarding and early implementation
Influence upsell and expansion through technical credibility
Act as the regional technical face of the business

Expect to support ~15–20 active deals at various stages.

You’ll need discipline, prioritisation, and commercial awareness.

What You Bring To The Team

2+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer / Sales Engineer)
Modern front-end development experience
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines
Hands‑on exposure to test automation frameworks
Experience engaging directly with developers
Comfort in PoC‑led, multi‑stakeholder enterprise sales
Native‑level German + strong English

You understand SDLC.

You can speak both “developer” and “commercial”.

You’re comfortable explaining technical trade‑offs clearly.
