FP&A Analyst

We are looking for an experienced and exceptional Group FP&A Analyst who is passionate about delivering insights that support long-term strategy and business performance. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to end-to-end financial processes and understand how different business areas contribute to overall company success.


Here are some of the things you can look forward to:

  • Supporting consolidation of group financials and building a clear performance outlook for senior leadership (CEO, CFO)
  • Contributing to budgeting, long-term planning, and forecasting processes
  • Analyzing key drivers of business performance and providing actionable insights
  • Designing and improving reporting solutions and data flows
  • Automating data inputs and enhancing reporting efficiency
  • Collaborating with finance partners across different business units
  • Building financial models and supporting variance analysis
  • Gaining exposure to strategic initiatives and decision-making processes

Requirements:

  • Experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with data analysis, modelling, and working with complex/unstructured data
  • Knowledge of MS SQL (ability to read and write queries)
  • Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to drive improvements and innovation
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
