Opportunity Overview
The Level 4 FP&A – Finance Business Partner is a senior individual contributor who partners with CSO leaders on a defined scope (e.g., function, region, or domain). This role leads core planning and performance management activities for the scope, operates with a high degree of independence within Finance policies/standards, and delivers forward‑looking insights to inform operational and strategic decisions. The Level 4 partner translates complex financial and operational data into clear options, recommendations, and actions, aligning with CSO and Finance leadership as needed. This is an individual contributor role that may function as team leader.

Key Responsibilities

1.負責年度預算、滾動式預測及財務規劃流程
2.分析營運數據，提供前瞻性財務洞察與決策建議
3.支援月度、季度及年度財務報告與管理簡報
4.辨識財務風險與機會，並提出具體改善建議
5.與業務單位緊密合作，擔任財務顧問，支持策略與營運決策
6.推動報表與流程優化，提升分析效率與準確性

Qualifications

1.財務、會計或相關科系學士以上（具 MBA / CPA 加分）
2.6–9 年財務分析、FP&A 或商業財務相關經驗
3.具備良好財務建模與數據分析能力
4.優秀的溝通與跨部門合作能力
5.熟悉 Excel、ERP、BI 或相關財務系統工具
