FP&A Analyst

The FP&A Commercial Team core mission is to create value through data and insights to drive profitable growth for Criteo. We aim at being tomorrow’s world class finance hub for our business and finance stakeholders; through delivering insightful analyses to the Strategic & Commercial finance team and Criteo Leaders and enable financial and business performance monitoring. You will be a key business partner to APAC commercial leaders, spanning across all markets in APAC region.
Based in Beijing, China, you will report in to the Regional FP&A Director, APAC and will have the responsibility for:
Financial and business planning:
Owns financial performance of selected markets, including Contribution ex-TAC, cost and Direct Contribution, and advises market leaders on measures to achieve those targets;
Provides financial analysis and modelling to support leadership’s business decisions and business deals;
Coordinate with multiple teams (Corporate FP&A, Business planning team, Global Deal desk, Controlling team etc.) to align end to end reporting, planning process and key deliverables;
Provide on a monthly and quarterly basis insightful and consolidated analysis on performance by analyzing year over year, performance vs forecast, by clients, by verticals, by growth levers and cost drivers;
Share insightful and consolidated topline forecast/plan analysis to enable stakeholders to understand main assumptions in the forecast;
Ensures business growth and operations are aligned with Global and APAC strategies.
Partner with APAC Operations VP to optimise the productivity of APAC operation teams and support the financial planning for the team
Financial reporting and analysis:
Report and analyze monthly financial performance and recommend corrective actions to the management to maximize business performance
Work closely with FP&A Analysts, Corporate FP&A and business teams to help understand performance and communicate all finance performance matters
Coordinate with multiple teams (Corporate FP&A, Business planning team, Strategic & Commercial Finance, People partner) to align end to end planning and reporting process, key deliverables and to deliver financial targets
Build transversal reports to facilitate and harmonize reporting across the regions
Ad-hoc project: including streamlining of forecast process and other key and strategic processes, tools improvements, and harmonization /centralization of some reporting
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent degree in Business, Finance or Accounting or equivalent practical experience
At least 3 years of relevant experience
Business minded, comfortable driving for consistent growth and margin, ideally in regional roles and in sales environment
Good knowledge of P&L and general accounting process & procedure
Strong appetite for data modelling and reporting
Ability to deal with complexity and to handle multiple tasks concurrently
A "hands on" proactive and self-driven attitude is required; who enjoys challenges and thrives in a fast changing and demanding environment.
Client oriented mind with integrity and solid analytical skills, humble and self-aware
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to interact and influence senior management level
Fluent in English, other language skills appreciated
Strong Excel skills
Knowledge of data analysis tools such as PowerBI or Anaplan is a plus
