ENTER THE GAME 🎮
As an FP&A Analyst within the Marketing team, you will act as a business partner for our Marketing teams and local markets. You will help them manage their budgets, monitor their expenses and make informed financial decisions in a dynamic, international environment.
You will also contribute to improving and automating
financial processes.
YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC 🔥
In this role, your main missions will be to:
- Support Marketing teams and local markets with budget management, targets and financial analysis
- Participate in budgeting and reforecasting cycles, analyzing variances and supporting corrective actions
- Monitor and validate marketing spending commitments, ensuring consistency with budgets, forecasts, countries and cost allocations
- Manage and monitor marketing invoices, ensuring accurate cost allocation before processing by the Accounting team
- Lead bi-monthly financial reviews with France, Portugal, Poland and Côte d’Ivoire, discussing past performance and future projections
- Prepare monthly reporting for the CFO and contribute to presentations for the Executive Committee, Management Committee and shareholders
- Produce regulatory reporting and manage relationships with relevant regulatory bodies
- Contribute to the automation and continuous improvement of financial processes, particularly through macros in Excel, and Pigment
- Handle ad hoc analyses and requests related to
Marketing investments and performance
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 🔍
We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm and for an experienced, autonomous and proactive professional, capable of challenging and improving existing processes.
This job is for you if:
- You hold a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Management Control or a related field.
- You have 5 years of experience in management control, with strong command of Excel and PowerPoint, and ideally some knowledge of BI or ERP tools
- You have experience in an international environment or within the tech industry
- You are fluent in French and English (B2 minimum), both spoken and written
- You are recognized for your autonomy, initiative, and ability to suggest and implement practical improvement
WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS? 📝
- If your application is shortlisted, Benoit will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes)
- Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning) and a use case
- Next, you will meet Thomas D. - Head of Marketing Financial Performance, your future manager, to present him your use case
- Then, you will meet Thomas C., FP&& Director
- Finally, you will meet Benoit again to review your Assessfirst results
The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks
to ensure an optimal experience for you.
