The role will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business insights, contributing to the overall success of JOIN Group. ## Responsibilities - **Financial Planning & Forecasting** - Prepare and support the annual budgeting process, coordinating with business teams across functions. - Drive quarterly forecasts and rolling forecasts, incorporating business assumptions and market trends. - Support long-range planning and business modeling for growth initiatives, new categories, and strategic projects. - Regularly track performance against budgeted numbers and propose actions as necessary. - **Performance Analysis & Reporting** - Prepare detailed variance analysis comparing actuals versus budget, forecast, and prior periods. - Identify key drivers impacting revenue, margins, costs, and profitability. - Highlight risks, opportunities, and corrective actions for management review. - **Financial Modelling & Analytics** - Build and maintain robust financial models covering revenue, costs, margins, cash flows, and scenario planning. - Evaluate the financial impact of pricing changes, cost initiatives, and business decisions. - Support ad-hoc analysis and in-depth deep dives for leadership and strategic discussions. - **MIS, KPIs & Dashboards** - Track key business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other performance metrics across functions. - Assist in the preparation of monthly Management Information Systems (MIS), dashboards, and leadership presentations. - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting. ## Qualifications - **Educational Qualification**: Chartered Accountant (CA) - Qualified - **Experience**: 4-6 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis. - Strong understanding of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. - Excellent financial modeling and advanced Excel skills. - Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. - Strong business acumen with a problem-solving mindset. - Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. ## Preferred Skills - Prior experience in consumer, retail, e-commerce, or fast-growing businesses is preferred. ## Experience - 4-6 years of relevant experience in FP&A or related fields. ## Environment - Location: Mumbai, India. - Typical work environment conducive to collaboration with senior leadership and various business functions. ## Salary - Salary information is not specified. ## Growth Opportunities - Opportunities for career advancement within the FP&A function and other strategic roles within JOIN Group may exist, providing pathways to leadership positions. ## Benefits - Benefits information is not specified.
