FP&A Analyst

Your Tasks

• Support the Senior Controller and Director of Controlling in financial planning, reporting, and analysis across business units
• Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports and ad-hoc analyses
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Analyze financial statements and contribute to management reporting (KPIs, P&L, accruals)
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and data validation
• Maintain and improve financial reporting tools and systems (e.g., SAP, SAC, BI tools)
• Contribute to process improvements and cross-functional projects

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 0–3 years of relevant experience in finance or controlling (3-5 years of relevant experience preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems (e.g., SAP or similar tools)
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with business intelligence or financial planning tools
• Exposure to international or multi-entity environments
• Interest in data analytics or emerging technologies such as AI

Additional Information

• Location: Wakefield, MA (Hybrid work model)
• The anticipated annual base pay range for this full-time position is $70,000 – $80,000. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include an annual bonus target, subject to eligibility and other requirements.
