FP&A / Finance Executive

Job Details:

• Location: nearest MRT (MacPherson / Paya Lebar)
• Working Hour: Mon-Fri 830am-530pm
• 6-Month Contract (Maternity Cover)
• Basic Salary + 1 month Completion Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare management reports, monthly forecasts and bi-annual budgets for the Southeast Asia and India regions, including variance and trend analysis.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities to ensure alignment with business objectives and operational priorities.
• Analyse financial performance and key metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to gather, validate, and consolidate financial information for reporting purposes.
• Provide financial analysis and business insights to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare ad hoc reports, presentations, and analyses as required by management.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirement:

• Degree in Accounting or ACCA
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power BI) and strong data analysis capabilities
• Minimum 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Management Reporting and/or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
