FP&A Graduate
You will support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, budgeting, and analysis. You will help maintain financial models, gather accurate data, prepare management presentations and business cases, assist with closing processes, and identify opportunities to improve FP&A procedures.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute regular financial reports, including variance analysis and performance summaries.
- Analyze financial data and key performance indicators to identify trends and support business decisions.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and budgets.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of financial models and forecasting tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather accurate financial data.
- Prepare presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting.
- Support the preparation of business cases for new initiatives and investments.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Contribute to improvements in FP&A processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with basic financial reporting and accounting concepts.
- Interest in fintech, crypto, and financial services.
