Displate is one of the fastest growing art platforms in the world. We create high quality metal posters designed by artists and brands and ship them to customers globally.
What started as a product company has evolved into a global marketplace where art, design, pop culture, and fandom meet. Millions of customers use Displate to decorate their spaces with artwork they love.

Our ambition now is simple. Build the most efficient and scalable way to create and deliver metal art globally. That means better use of data. Faster execution. AI embedded across the business. And a culture where ideas turn into action quickly.

We're looking for an FP&A Junior Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you'll support our financial planning and control operations - working alongside our FP&A Analyst and Finance team to help manage the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles. You'll handle the day-to-day operational tasks that keep our financial machinery running smoothly: gathering data, organizing it, spotting patterns, and presenting findings in clear, understandable formats. It's a great fit for someone who enjoys precision, learning quickly, and turning raw data into stories that help teams make better decisions.

What will you do?

  • Gather budgeting and forecasting data from departments, organise it, and flag inconsistencies or gaps

  • Help consolidate annual budgets and rolling forecasts, and prepare supporting schedules and documentation

  • Track budget vs. actual performance, compile data for variance analysis, and highlight notable differences

  • Support month-end close by organising data, calculating allocations, and preparing supporting notes and schedules

  • Take clear notes in finance meetings, recording assumptions, decisions and action items

  • Build clean, simple dashboards and charts, and prepare slides and visual summaries for team and stakeholder meetings

  • Help monitor production cost data (materials, labour, overhead) and calculate cost of goods manufactured

  • Spot ways to simplify reporting workflows, and test new tools and templates

  • Help with one-off financial questions and analysis requests

What You Bring

  • Education - University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

  • Experience - up to 2 years in finance, accounting, or a similar analytical role (internships, graduate rotations, or entry-level positions count!)

  • Excel Skills - Solid Excel abilities; comfortable with formulas, pivot tables, and creating basic models

  • Attention to Detail - You catch errors before they become problems. You organize information clearly and document your work

  • Communication - You can explain financial concepts simply, both in writing and in presentations

  • Curiosity - You ask good questions, want to understand why things matter, and aren't afraid to learn new tools

  • Plus - Any exposure to IFRS, month-end closing, cost accounting, or manufacturing environments is helpful — but not required!
