JOB DESCRIPTION:

SUMMARY

We are seeking an FP&A Manager I to support the Engineered Materials organization. This role leads financial planning, performance management, and business partnerships across multiple manufacturing areas. The position will develop a team of analysts while delivering actionable insights to drive operational performance and influence decision-making.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and develop a team of FP&A analysts, drive accountability, capability, and engagement

  • Partner with operations, engineering, and supply chain leaders to support strategic and financial decision-making

  • Analyze financial and operational performance; translate data into actionable business insights

  • Lead budget, forecast, and period-end close processes; ensure accurate and timely reporting

  • Identify risks and opportunities; drive actions to improve cost, productivity, and financial outcomes

  • Support strategic initiatives including cost reduction, capital investments, and process improvements

  • Continuously improve financial processes, reporting, and tools to increase efficiency and insight

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/CMA preferred

  • 7+ years of FP&A or related finance experience; prior leadership or project leadership preferred

  • Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills

  • Experience partnering with operations or manufacturing environments preferred

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ERP/reporting tools experience a plus

  • Strong communication and influencing skills across all levels of the organization

  • Self-starter with the ability to manage priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment

COMPENSATION

Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process.

PAY RANGE:

$101,176.00 - $156,824.00

PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
