速聯(SRAM)創立於美國芝加哥，台灣分公司也在2026年慶祝開業三十五年，我們擁有包含自行車傳動系統品牌速聯(SRAM)、ROCKSHOX(避震器)、ZIPP(輪圈)與QUARQ(功率計)、Hammerhead (GPS導航車錶)、TIME(踏板)在內八個世界知名自行車關鍵零組件品牌。本公司研發、測試與生產世界各地職業選手、自行車騎士熱愛的的高性能電輔自行車動力系統、無線電子變速系統、功率計、GPS導航車錶及車衣等產品，透過SRAM、ROCKSHOX與ZIPP等品牌，組成高階自行車零組件的生態系。

速聯(SRAM)台灣分公司自成立以來，持續拓展對自行車產業之影響力並追求最佳的工藝水準，目前在台中地區營運四個據點，生產製造各品牌產品行銷全球，呼應公司創立宗旨「相信自行車的力量」。

FP&A(Financial Planning & Analysis) Manager一職隸屬速聯(SRAM)FP&A團隊，我們期待這個角色在以下領域發揮卓越貢獻:

【Strategic Financial Partnership】
◇Act as a financial partner to Supply Chain, Operations, and Engineering leadership.
◇Translate operational activities into financial insights that support business decisions.
◇Provide clear financial perspective on product cost, margins, and operational performance.

【Product Costing Leadership】
◇Lead financial analysis related to product costing, including:
o New product cost estimation
o Standard cost structure
o Cost variance analysis under absorption costing methodology
◇Support make-or-buy decisions, sourcing strategies, and cost improvement initiatives.

【Decision Support & Financial Insight】
◇Structure financial analysis to address complex or ambiguous business questions.
◇Identify key cost drivers and provide actionable recommendations.
◇Evaluate the financial impact of operational decisions on profitability and working capital.

【FP&A Capability Development】
◇Contribute to the evolution of FP&A practices within the Taiwan team.
◇Mentor and support team members in developing stronger analytical thinking and business partnership skills.
◇Encourage structured problem solving and ownership of financial analysis.

【Planning & Performance Management】
◇Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities.
◇Provide financial insights during operational reviews and management discussions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
◇Work closely with global finance and operational teams to ensure financial transparency and alignment across regions.
