FP&A Manager
FP&A Manager | TopGum
TopGum is looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to lead our FP&A function and team and play a key role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making across our global organization.
This is a hands-on leadership role, partnering closely with the CFO, CEO, senior management, and business leaders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and develop the FP&A team and own the FP&A function end-to-end
• Lead annual budgeting, financial planning, and rolling forecasts
• Analyze financial and operational performance, identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities
• Partner with business leaders to support profitability, efficiency, and growth
• Develop financial models, business cases, scenario analyses, and long-term plans
• Build and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting
• Prepare financial insights and presentations for executive management and the Board
• Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and reporting capabilities
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• At least 7 years of FP&A experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment – required
• Proven experience managing and professionally leading an FP&A team – required
• Strong understanding of manufacturing economics, cost structures, margins, profitability, and operational drivers
• Proven experience leading budgeting, forecasting, planning, and performance analysis processes
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
• Strong business orientation and ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience in a global organization – strong advantage
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
