The Role

We are looking for a Business Planning Specialist to join the Central Forecasting team. In this role, you will be the brain behind product-level demand forecasts, helping the Supply Chain teams lock down raw materials, manage capacity, and optimize inventory.

You’ll also put together key revenue report summaries that help different departments agree on business and financial goals. If you love numbers, have an eye for detail, and enjoy finding ways to automate reporting using data tools, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demand Forecasting: Create and deliver product demand forecasts to help supply chain teams prepare materials, reserve factory capacity, and manage inventory risks.

  • Revenue Reporting: Generate clear revenue forecast summaries across different products, customers, and markets to guide company financial planning.

  • System & Dashboard Maintenance: Keep forecasting tools, databases, and Power BI dashboards running smoothly while helping to test newer, smart analytics tools.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Business Management, Finance, Customer Operations, and Supply Chain teams to keep the forecasting process running smoothly.

  • Data Insights & Automation: Track forecast accuracy, spot risks or trends in large datasets, and find opportunities to automate manual workflows to speed up decision-making.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: A background or a very strong interest in demand planning, supply chain forecasting, or business operations analytics.

  • Technical Skills: Comfortable with Excel and a working knowledge of tools like PL/SQL, Power BI, or Python (experience building dashboards or automating data is a big advantage).

  • Mindset: Highly analytical, meticulous with numbers, and eager to learn about advanced analytics or predictive modeling.

  • Communication: Great team player who can easily communicate insights and collaborate with different departments under tight timelines.

Academic Credentials

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
