About the Role

In this dual capacity as Fractional CFO and Economic Strategy Advisor, you will lead core financial planning and analysis while advising on alternative, mission-led economic frameworks, fair compensation structures, accessibility, and long-term financial resilience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, revenue projections, and monthly financial reporting.
• Perform scenario planning, cost analysis, project economics, and pricing strategy optimization.
• Design and implement alternative, mission-aligned economic models that reflect decolonial values.
• Provide strategic guidance on fair compensation, financial accessibility, reinvestment, and capital allocation.
• Build operational strategies to ensure sustainable growth and long-term organizational financial resilience.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a CFO, Finance Director, or Financial Advisory Consultant.
• Strong background in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and project economics.
• Deep interest in or experience with mission-driven organizations, alternative economics, and social impact models.
• Demonstrated ability to align rigorous corporate finance principles with equity, fairness, and accessibility.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder advisory skills.
