What you'll own:
Setting the tech roadmap for our martech vertical: integrations, automation, and the tools we build for clients
Owning architecture decisions on CRM integrations, APIs, Zapier/Make workflows, and data migrations
Leading how AI (Claude, ChatGPT, agents) gets built into both our delivery and our client offerings
Security for AI-coded apps: code reviews, vulnerability checks, and making sure what ships fast also ships safe
GDPR compliance across client data, CRM setups, and integrations
Guiding and reviewing the work of our developers and analysts
Joining key client conversations when the solution needs a technical voice
Requirements
- 8+ years in tech, with real experience leading engineering or product teams
- Hands-on with SaaS integrations, APIs, and CRM ecosystems
- Actively building with AI,
- Solid grounding in application security and data privacy, GDPR in particular
This is a part-time, flexible engagement, with time at our Andheri East office in Mumbai when it matters.
